ipdISS15: AKISS Project

AKISS (Kit Automatique de Repassage de Jupes, AKISS en anglais) est l'un des projets, réalisé par un groupe de doctorants, dans le cadre de l'école doctorale ipdISS15. Sur le développement d'un système innovant pour l'usage domestique, capable de repasser automatiquement, un lot de jupes.
AKISS (Automatic Kit to Iron SkirtS) is one of the project, made by PhD students, in the context of the doctoral school ipdISS15. On the development of an innovative device for domestic use, able to automatically iron a range of skirts.



The International Summer School on Integrated Product Development that will take place in two European locations: in Rabat Malta (MT) and Magdeburg Germany (DE). With the industrial world looking at ways of how to overcome increasing demands on product performance and product individualisation, there is an increasing need to of exploit product development to meet these business challenges.
The aim of ipdISS is to provide a platform through which postgraduates working in IPD related fields can sharpen their understanding of current and emerging research issues in this interdisciplinay field.
By the end of this two week summer school, participants would have improved their competence and ability to tackle research issues with an engineering and business oriented mind-set.
This International Summer School on Integrated Product Development is endorsed and supported by the Design Society.
